Do I have to pay monthly?+
No. Pay monthly is a second way to buy an Essential website. Launch, Essential and Growth remain available as upfront projects.
Do I pay everything upfront?+
For upfront projects, we normally take a 50% deposit and the balance before launch. Essential Monthly starts with a £99 setup payment, followed by 12 monthly payments of £79.
When does monthly billing begin?+
The £99 setup payment starts onboarding. The 12 monthly payments begin when the website is approved or ready to launch, as set out in your written agreement.
Who owns the website?+
Upfront customers own their finished project-specific website immediately. Essential Monthly customers receive permanent rights after 12 successfully paid months. Your domain, logo, photography and supplied content remain yours.
What happens after 12 months?+
You can choose care from £29 per month, move to a plan with content updates, or take the website elsewhere with no NDS release fee.
Are hosting and domain costs included?+
Managed hosting, SSL and technical care are included during the Essential Monthly term. Domain registration, email accounts and paid third-party services are separate unless your proposal says otherwise.
Are content changes included each month?+
Technical maintenance is included, but routine content changes are not. We quote additions separately, or you can move to Stay Current after the initial term.
Is VAT included?+
Your written proposal confirms whether VAT applies. Any applicable tax will be shown clearly before you commit.
